Product Introduction:
(1) Connecting multiple boards after soldering can often cause damage to the circuit or break electronic components. This machine uses a knife like cutting method to completely reduce stress, prevent solder cracking and component breakage, and improve production efficiency and quality.
(2) Using the upper circular knife and lower flat knife method, the board is placed on the lower flat knife. When the switch is pressed, the upper circular knife moves horizontally to the set point, that is, the PCB board is cut and divided without shedding, with a flat cut and no burrs.
(3) Completely independently developed, controlled by a microcomputer program, with precise positioning and strong stability. Cut single boards within 0-560MM length with one knife.
(4) The cutting speed of the board can be adjusted to high or low, with speeds of 500mm/S and 300mm/S. If the cutting speed is fast, it can improve product quality without burrs.
(5) Knife wheel travel: 0-560mm (tool length can be customized). Fine adjustment of the upper and lower height of the knife wheel: 0-2mm to accommodate various PCB board thicknesses, solving the problem of shallow V-CUT slots on PCB boards. The height of the console can be adjusted: 0-50mm.
(6) The cutting stroke can be set to advance and stop at a fixed point according to the length of the board, and the stop point is manually set.
(7) Rear panel depth range: unlimited. Maximum board cutting width: unlimited, maximum board cutting length: 560mm, maximum board thickness: 0.2-5mm, maximum thickness between V-grooves: 0.25-2.0mm.
(8) The upper and lower blades are made of imported high-speed steel, which is extremely durable. When the blade is not in good condition, it can be re ground.
(9) Additional conveyor belts can be added to facilitate the automatic delivery of cut PCB boards.
(10) Lifting platform, raising the platform, affects the quality of the product, is not easy to cut the product, and can reduce stress.
(11) The limit device can be applied to products of different sizes, thereby improving work efficiency.
