As early as 2016, when the customer started construction on their new production plant in New Hampshire, USA, they proactively contacted H.F.X. At that time, both parties were still in the initial stage of understanding, and the customer's first purchase of products was only a few SMT bin type loading and unloading machines. The customer's technical team has strong professional competence. With the gradual expansion of the production line, they gradually purchased a large number of PCB process supporting processing equipment from H.F.X in batches. At that time, they still chose to purchase core SMT host equipment such as surface mount machines from traditional internationally renowned brands.

During the cooperation process, the client maintained frequent communication with the H.F.X team and proactively synchronized their production and operation status with the latest developments in the North American digital billboard market. As market demand continues to improve, their demand for capacity expansion is gradually being released: first, they expanded the PCB caching machine on the production line from 1 set to 4 sets, achieving the ability to cache 100 PCBs at a time. In a subsequent production line upgrade plan, the customer proposed a new traceability control requirement: they plan to install laser marking equipment at the front end of the SMT production line, burn exclusive identification information on each PCB board, and achieve product traceability throughout the entire production process. Due to the unique PCB substrate they use, which has a narrow and elongated overall shape, customers have concerns about the compatibility of the H.F.X laser marking machine. Therefore, they have sent the actual production PCB samples to the H.F.X laboratory for testing. After two rounds of targeted testing and verification, we have adjusted the initial CO2 laser source to a UV laser source, and the final marking effect is fully compatible with the customer's special PCB material, completely eliminating the customer's concerns. After this test, the customer not only purchased this laser tracing equipment with confidence, but also immediately placed a new order with H.F.X for the entire three proof coating production line. The complete set of equipment includes PCB coating machine, supporting upper and lower plate machines, UV curing furnace, and a full range of SMT connection conveyors.

In the subsequent in-depth communication between the engineers of both parties, the customer team actively mentioned the core reasons for long-term selection and H.F.X repurchase of multiple devices: they believed that H.F.X's service professionalism far exceeded the industry average level. Every time they raised specific pain points on the production side, H.F.X's technical team could accurately grasp the core of the problem and quickly provide accurate and feasible solutions. The details of each device were polished solidly enough.
