As early as 2019, when the customer initiated the factory capacity expansion plan, they proactively contacted H.F.X. After in-depth communication in the early stage, we learned that the customer's core products include professional walkie talkies, intelligent GPS wearable devices and other specialized network communication products. The entire line configuration covers the core equipment of solder paste mixer, SMT template printing machine, SMT PCB loading and unloading machine, JUKI surface mount machine, reflow soldering furnace, PCB connection conveyor, DIP plug-in production line, wave soldering machine, wave soldering loading and unloading machine, belt assembly line, and offline selective wave soldering, fully covering the entire production process of communication products from SMT surface mount to DIP soldering.
