Our Egyptian partner is a well-known large-scale home appliance manufacturing leader in North Africa, with 26 independently operated modern factories located in Egypt. Long term deep cooperation, from single point equipment to full range procurement

Our cooperation with clients officially started in 2018. At that time, the customer was purchasing SMT core equipment for their LED TV production line. After comparing and inspecting five different industry suppliers, they finally chose to purchase a fully automatic solder paste printing machine and multiple supporting PCB conveyors from H.F.X. During the on-site delivery of after-sales service by H.F.X overseas engineers, the customer team highly recognized our equipment stability and timely response to landing services. Customized large-sized printing equipment to meet the production needs of large screen TVs

The most representative one is the large-sized solder paste printing machine specially designed to meet the production needs of large screen TVs. At that time, the customer planned to mass produce large-sized LED TVs and needed to build a dedicated SMT production line to produce backlit LED light strips with a length of up to 1200mm. The performance requirements for automatic solder paste printing machines were particularly strict, and ordinary models were completely unable to meet the high-precision printing needs of ultra long PCBs.

On site debugging to tackle the challenge of cross brand production line data interoperability

In December 2018, Jason, a senior engineer at H.F.X, made a special trip to the customer's production factory in Egypt to complete on-site installation, debugging, and training for supporting personnel for the newly delivered complete SMT equipment. There were two details that left a deep impression on Jason throughout the entire service process:

During the installation and debugging of the supporting PCB conveyor, the engineer found that different brands of equipment on the customer's existing production line, such as JUKI surface mount machines, Heller reflow soldering furnaces, PCBA dispensing machines, and infrared curing furnaces, were unable to complete normal data signal transmission with the newly connected conveyor, causing the automation linkage of the entire production line to be stuck. Romeo adapted and debugged the communication protocols for different brands of equipment one by one, and finally connected the data links of all devices, enabling the entire mixed brand SMT production line to achieve full process automation and smooth linkage, completely solving the customer's cross brand production line docking pain points.
