Enhance global operations: H.F.X. provides overseas installation and training services for Refolw Oven customized for Singapore

In August 2023, Mateo, one of our SMT engineers with 10 years of industry experience, went to Singapore to provide on-site installation and training service support for our new customers. This is a joint venture specializing in the production of mobile phone motherboards. Recently, we purchased a customized reflow oven from H.F.X. and customized the conveyor width according to customer product requirements.

After arriving at the customer's factory, Mateo carefully inspected the equipment to ensure its original condition. Once satisfied, he continued the installation process, closely monitoring every detail, from the placement of the machine in the production workshop to the setup of accessories such as UPS and transformers. Clear communication with customers regarding the use of power lines further ensures the smooth progress of the installation process and minimizes the risk of future failures.

With the successful installation of the device, Mateo has initiated a critical phase of training customer engineers. Utilizing his extensive expertise in equipment, Mateo provides comprehensive training covering all aspects of the device, including its basic principles, software functionality, parameter customization, temperature analysis, troubleshooting techniques, and daily maintenance procedures. Through hands-on demonstrations and interactive meetings, Andy has equipped the client's engineers with the knowledge and skills required to operate equipment efficiently and effectively.

As the training progressed, Mateo fostered a collaborative learning environment that encouraged active participation and resolved any questions or issues raised by the client team. Under his guidance, the engineers were confident in their abilities and quickly adapted to the complexity of the equipment. Subsequently, the testing of the actual products produced by the customer yielded promising results, verifying the effectiveness of the training plan and the capability of the equipment provided by H.F.X.
